Daren Industries celebrates 100 years as a family business. Less than two hundredths of one percent of American businesses accomplishes this monumental event. We would like to thank our employees, customers, suppliers, friends and family who have helped us along this journey. 
 
Looking Back
In July 1913, my grandfather, Harry E. Stell started S & W Manufacturing Co., Inc. in Chicago to manufacture trunk and luggage hardware. My father, Warren, joined the company in the 1930’s. I have been an employee since 1963, starting out by sweeping floors and packaging parts. Following the death of my father, I assumed leadership in 1968 as President. As a legacy to my father, we combined our names, changing the name of the company to Daren Industries, Inc. In 1983, the company moved to Goshen, Indiana where, after 50 years, I continue as President today. 
 
Looking Forward
We have supplied a variety of industries throughout our years, making friends and building valuable relationships with both customers and suppliers.  We have enjoyed those relationships that have been a part of Daren’s success and would like to thank each and every one of you for your role in achieving the great milestone of 100 years in manufacturing.
 
We look forward to the journey ahead and to continuing growth. We are proud to be one family, three generations, 100 years strong.
